Why this work

Success without alignment is an expensive way to get lost.

After UCLA and early work across Warner Bros., CAA, and 20th Century Fox, Ysabel reached a crossroads familiar to many ambitious people: the path looked right from the outside, but no longer felt fully her own.

She followed that tension through 40+ countries and more than 100 human stories—meeting people who had chosen unconventional paths, built around conviction, and defined success for themselves.

Those encounters became the foundation for Global Dream Team and a wider body of work exploring what helps people think clearly, act courageously, and stay human while pursuing excellence.
